Ease of ordering online is appreciated. I never have to wait for my order. The food is always good and the employees are friendly and courteous.

So glad the Harborcreek store did not close. I have been ordering from you since you opened the Greengarden store and have never had a complaint.

I’m sorry I did not get the name of the employee that checked me out Saturday evening, but we had a very nice conversation about the changes happening at Donatos in Erie, PA. He told me that the staff at the Harborcreek Donatos was the best staff. It was so nice to hear him speak so well of his fellow employees.

Ordering on the app was pretty good I wish it was slightly easier to pick the deals. The staff was super friendly. The pickup window was really convenient for me because I was all dirty from doing yardwork and didn't want to get out of my car. The food was all hot and tasted great

The taste of the food was, and always is delicious , The team is always friendly and willing to answer any questions with a knowledgeable answers. The time given to complete the order is always correct or even minutes earlier than expected.

I was 100% satisfied with my experience. The food was great. The service was even better, and I would recommend Donatos to everyone. I have no complaints.
